This includes having an Operations Manager dedicated to each project, ensuring the highest quality and service.
Our owner, Rob, also personally oversees every project - including weekly updates for clients.
And you also get automated updates through our construction management software, which allows you to know the project's status at any time.

We don't operate from pre-fabricated templates. We start with your vision and begin designing from there, providing you with a truly custom home unlike any other in the Augusta area.
+ What is the first thing needed for a custom home project?
The first step is often the hardest: Figuring out your likes and dislikes! We recommend approaching this with an angle: What's most important to you?
Is it having a connected layout for a better gathering space? Do you prefer a secluded hideaway with an amazing master suite? Do you like modern-day décor and lighting?
Identify any “must-haves” and “nice to haves.” There are many great resources available online to help you, including Pinterest, magazines, HGTV, and much more. Identify styles and themes that matter most to you in your home.
You'll also need to establish a budget, which will help us plan best for your house.
+ What do I need before you can begin construction?
Before building, you'll need to work with the bank of your choice and have all project financing in place. We work with you to provide any documentation needed for your bank.
As a custom home builder, there is no “cookie cutter” template we'll follow. Instead, once we've created an initial design, we share it with you and walk you through the plans. Your feedback helps us hone the home design until it is perfect. This is the perfect time to ask any and all questions, too – no question is a bad one. After all, this is your home!
Once financing is in place and plans are finalized, we're ready to begin construction!
+ How long does it take to build a custom home?
From land clearing to project end, it typically takes between 8 to 12 months, though it can be longer depending on supply chain delays, your project's specific needs, inclement weather, or something unforeseen.
Our approach goes for quality over quantity, and allows for impeccable communication throughout the project's life, and smaller attention to detail to bring the highest quality. You'll meet with Rob personally, his team, and intentionally lay out the full plan to bring your house ideas to life.
