With a spacious yard, natural view, and a more traditional home layout, look, and feel, we were able to meet exactly what our clients wanted.

The kitchen at 1812 Champions Circle - a Lacher Construction luxury design and build in Champions Retreat - boasts a green center island which provides a splash of eye-catching color vs. the brick stove surround and white cabinets.

Brick ties together the accents of the kitchen, as well, as seen in the professional grade stove. Exposed wooden beams and vintage, yet sleek light fixtures add to the unique style of this kitchen.

This Champions Retreat luxury home boasts a quiet view with spacious first- and second-floor porches to capture any Summer or Fall breeze.

Our favorite part? These double story porches. The elevation of the second story porch keeps the summer bugs away, and it’s just the right height to catch a cool breeze. But if the natural breeze isn’t enough, we added modern ceiling fans to give it an extra boost.

High ceilings and doors provide a more spacious feel.

Brick accents were a must in the design of this home, as seen in the front foyer. Large windows set into the door give a warm and welcoming feel to balance the brick flooring.
