Rhodes Farm

This spacious 7 bed, 7.5 bath farmhouse combines a feel for history with open-floor concepts and room to breathe. Brick accents add great detail throughout, adding a sense of this home being here far longer than its age would suggest. From the herringbone paver front porch design to the fireplaces and interior columns, brick ties all other designs together.

Look for small details in the pictures that add to the everyday experience, and imagine the pool house bedrooms and additional garage suite for a true family retreat!

One challenge we faced: We need to ensure water moved away from the house and yard, but there wasn’t much room + an ugly drain system would hurt curb appeal. We built a French drain solution that’s both functional and worthy of this house, solving two problems at once.

We’re a Rhodes Farm builder, and 2844 Towering Oak Drive features gorgeous brick throughout the home that tie everything else together.
An outdoor fireplace near the back pool creates a year-round entertaining place for guests of all ages

Being able to host large family gatherings was a must. Which is exactly why we added the double suites to the pool house, making this home a true Rhodes Farm family getaway.

If you’re going to build a master bath suite, this is a great way to design it: With plenty of space between tub, sink, and shower for a relaxed, private getaway. It’s a spa-like experience the owners will enjoy everyday.

Beautiful granite countertops and brushed handle fixtures give the elegance of a modern farmhouse. A statement light fixture and flooring adds personality to this master bathroom. With a built in garden tub and a walk-in shower, there is an option for all needs.

The kitchen leverages the open, clean feeling the color white brings to create a pristine, modern design with plenty of space to entertain.

A gorgeous light colored palette with sleek, stainless steel appliances and light fixtures give a modern atmosphere in this kitchen. We made sure to build in plenty of space so the kitchen never feels cramped with larger gatherings.
